Online Orders, Pickup, Delivery, and Catering
Ordering: Orders may be placed through the Site or through third-party platforms that integrate with our systems. Order acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unavailability.
Pickup and Delivery: Estimated pickup or delivery times are guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to volume, weather, traffic, or supply constraints.
Substitutions and Availability: Baked goods and menu items are crafted in small batches. Items may sell out or be substituted with comparable items at equal or greater value, or removed from the order with a refund for the unavailable item.
Catering: Event details, minimums, lead times, and cancellation policies may apply and will be confirmed in writing. Deposits may be nonrefundable unless stated otherwise.
Allergens and Dietary Preferences: Products are prepared in a facility that uses common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. Cross-contact can occur. Review ingredient information before ordering and contact us with questions.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees, and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax and fees may apply based on location and service type. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Authorization holds may appear on your account. If a payment fails, we may cancel the order or request an alternative method. Gratuities are optional unless specified for certain services.
Gift Cards
LeRouge gift cards are redeemable for eligible purchases at participating locations or platforms, subject to the terms provided at purchase. Cards are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase and at our discretion. No inactivity fees will be charged except as permitted by law.
Promotions, Offers, and Loyalty
Promotions, coupons, and limited-time offers are subject to the terms stated in the offer. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined and are limited to one per order. We may modify or end any promotion at any time.
Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content and that your submission does not infringe any rights or violate any law. We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts. You and LeRouge agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the other party using the contact details in these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision will not be a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LeRouge regarding the Site and services and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, or failures of third-party services.
